What is the payment fee?

When is payment due?

Hourly Session payment is due at time of service.
Extended and Group Session payments require one half of the payment to reserve your specific date(s). Reserving payment is made with credit card and also a completed cancellation policy* emailed to hobbie@nextchapter-coaching.com. Balance of payment due at time of service.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept personal check and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).
For Hourly Sessions you may pay with check or credit card at your appointment location.
For Extended Sessions, other than check, please click here to make a secure payment.
For Group Sessions, other than check, please click here to make a secure payment.

All checks are payable to Global Service Network (please do not write Next Chapter nor our names anywhere on your check-you may attach a note).

All reserving credit card payments must have a signed cancellation policy form completed and emailed to hobbie@nextchapter-coaching.com. Click here for cancellation policy form*.

What is Next Chapter’s Cancellation Policy?

Because we will be preparing materials specific for you and will be holding your spot at our coaching sessions, we have the following policy:

Hourly Coaching – half(½) of fee charged for less than 24 hours cancellation

Extended Coaching – half(½) of fee charged on less than 2 week cancellation

Group Coaching – half(½) fee charged on less than 1 month cancellation

(Please note that we will need your signature on the cancellation policy)

What is available for discounted fees?

Because we know some in Christian Ministry may not have the resources for the above fees, we offer ministry fee discounts. We have established a donation process with GSN (Global Service Network) for others to give (see our Donations Section) for this purpose. Please mention this in your application interview and we will give you a discount application.
